Breakfasts include fruit juice, a mix of local berries topped with yogourt and choice of coffee, tea or herbal tea.

The omelettes

All are based on very fresh eggs from A&C Farms, South Tetagouche and served with whole wheat toast and choice of locally made jams and jellies, All omelettes are prepared especially according to your preferences for red and green peppers and onions or not.

Most requested
Phil’s seafood omelette features pieces of Giant Chaleur scallops and the small Sweet Shrimp from the Caraquet wharf with Canadian Cheddar folded inside.

Barbara’s favourite
The Greek omelette features lots of oregano, slim slices of broccoli stems, bits of peppers and onions folded over a generous serving of Feta Cheese.

The Traditional
A farm style omelette with many small chunks of cured ham, and the onions and peppers to your taste.

Pain d’oré

Guests have traveled 100s of kilometres just to taste this again. You can watch Phil prepare this but will you see the secret ingredients that make this French toast so special? 
It looks ordinary but the taste . . .
Served with a generous slice of baked ham if you wish.
Presented with a full pitcher of locally harvested dark maple syrup, naturally.
