For you convenience we follow the simplest of Confirmation and Cancellation Policies. Reservation Policy 2008 A $25 deposit, per room, is due at time of booking Your reservation is considered confirmed only when this deposit has been received and a Confirmation number assigned. The Confirmation number will be sent via email, fax or regular post. Changing a reservation may be possible, but is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Gîte Toutes Saisons B&B is happy to accommodate minor date changes where and if possible. Your room is guaranteed til 4 pm local time of your arrival day. Please contact us, 1-877-783-3122, if you expect to arrive later than 4 pm. Cancellation policy 2008 A Cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following fees * 0 -30 days 50% of stay value (total charges including taxes). * 30-42 days 25% of stay value (total charges including taxes). Please note: There is no refund for unused portions of a reservation. Concierge services (theatre tickets, tours, wedding services, etc.) are 100% prepaid, nonrefundable and nontransferable. Services booked by us on your behalf from third-party providers are booked as a courtesy to you; we are not responsible for your satisfaction, loss or injury that may result from these services. We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans. Gîte Toutes Saisons participates in the Stash Tea B&B promotion.
